Rio Alto’s next Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 10, 2012  at 11 a.m. at  the Hyatt Regency Toronto on King, 370 King Street West Toronto, ON.

The Notice of the Meeting is the formal notification of the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting. This document, along with the Information Circular prepared by Management, is mailed to shareholders in advance of the meeting.
